By registering for this event, all Council member-firm employees agree to also be an individual member of the Council in order to attend Council events. As an individual member of the Council, you have the right to attend Council meetings and are able to vote for a director candidate for the Council’s Board of Directors that is designated to represent individual members of the Council.

In particular, it is important to remember that Council activities will not include any action, express or implied, formal or informal, to; collectively raise, lower, stabilize or otherwise affect prices or other competitive terms of insurance products; collectively raise, lower, stabilize or otherwise affect the terms of purchase of any input, including but not limited to compensation or commissions paid to agents or brokers; boycott or refuse to deal with third parties; or allocate product or geographic markets.
