The CouncilPAC Pavilion is available to all attendees.

All attendees are welcome to the public meeting space in the CouncilPAC Pavilion on Lakeside Terrace. No reservation is required. Space available 8 AM – 4 PM, Friday through Monday.

ILF Golf Tournament

One of the conference’s best opportunities for networking, the ILF Golf Tournament runs Saturday through Monday on the East and West Courses. The tournament is regular play. You must submit your scores to the Pro Shop in order to be eligible for prizes.

To register for the tournament, please contact Steven Heard at The Broadmoor Golf Club. See below for additional golf information.

If requesting a tee time for an entire foursome, you are responsible for inviting players and submitting all names, along with any club rental needs, 72 hours in advance of the tee time. This will expedite your cart(s) being ready with the correct clubs when you arrive.

If registering as an individual, the golf club will pair you with other meeting attendees based on handicap.

Cancellation: Please review your tee time confirmation from The Broadmoor for all cancellation policies.

The 18-hole rate per person for the East Course is $310, inclusive of golf cart, tax, and public improvement fee. The 18-hole rate per person for the West Course is $260, inclusive of golf cart, tax, and public improvement fee. There will be a Tournament Administration Fee of $4.

Golf clubs and shoes can be rented from the golf club for an additional fee:

Rental Clubs: $88 per player
Rental Shoes: $42 per player

Fitness classes will be available during ILF. Activities such as yoga, canyon hikes, indoor cycling, and outdoor runs will be offered at the conference.

Volunteer Activity – Support of Hope and Home

Sunday, October 6 | 12:00 – 1:00 PM

Following the luncheon, attendees are invited to volunteer their time in support of Hope & Home, a Colorado Springs Foster Care Agency who trains and supports foster families providing short or long-term in-family care to children in crisis.

Colorado Springs Foster Care Agency helps move abused or neglected children from their birth homes into a stable and nurturing environment. Oftentimes, children arrive with nothing. For our volunteer activity, we are going to bundle and package new comfort items for children and young adults to help ease the transition into their foster home. When a return to their birth home is not possible, these foster families may also provide children with a “forever home” through adoption.
